That is why, from the outset, we clarify responsibilities, the schedule and communication arrangements. On site, it is not only the installation work that matters, but also the efficient agreement of successive stages.

PROJECT COLLABORATION
BMR Group
In selected projects, SAM INSTALLATION works with BMR Group as an independent contractor within an agreed scope.
Scope, responsibilities and coordination arrangements are agreed separately for each project.
SAM INSTALLATION is an independent Polish company.
FROM AGREEMENT TO HANDOVER

On industrial projects, the details matter: work-front availability, installation sequence, documentation, handovers and HSE. We ensure that information flows efficiently between all parties involved.

Is SAM INSTALLATION part of BMR Group?
No. SAM INSTALLATION is an independent Polish company. In selected projects, it works with BMR Group within a clearly agreed scope.
What does collaboration on a project look like?
We begin by agreeing the scope, responsibilities, schedule and points of contact. We then coordinate delivery in line with the requirements of the specific site.
Does SAM INSTALLATION also work with other companies?
Yes. We are developing relationships with project, contracting and technical partners. We present each relationship once it has been formally confirmed.
